Dermal roller

This modern adaption of a traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture tool also known as ‘skin needling’, has 192 micro stainless steel needles that gently roll over the skin stimulating the production of collagen. Subject to intense research in Europe and the USA transdermal rollers have clearly proven their amazing anti-aging properties. Some of the key findings are listed below:

  • The transdermal roller when rolled across the skin causes micro channels at the skin surface that increases the absorption of anti-aging products by up to 10,000 times in a single use.
  • The dermal roller can increase collagen production in the skin by up to 1,000% in a single treatment.
  • The transdermal rollers used here at CBM are manufactured according to strict EU standards and in compliance with EU certification 93/42. This is a guarantee of sterility and quality.
