The fact is losing weight for people who are obese or overweight can be a real challenge. The Truth is the gym might be just the thing that is keeping you from your weigh loss success. You have to remember you can not out exercise your mouth. Diet is far more vital than excise in relation to weight loss. This does in no way mean that exercise is not important. However calories in do not measure calories out and calorie counting is another way for you to feel deprived and get frustrated. Just eat healthy whole foods. Replace all sodas and sweet beverages with pure water. Also avoid Condiments, snacks and processed foods.

Also choosing to exercise when you have just woken up before breakfast will get your body burning fat as fuel.
