Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain condition which is described as musculoskeletal pain and tenderness in every muscle combined with exhaustion. No Aspartame: You must Avoid artificial sweeteners, (aspartame) They may makes symptoms worse by simulation the  pain receptor in your nervous system,

No processed food: They contain monosodium glutamate (MSG). This excitotoxin triggers pain symptoms, working  in the same way as aspartame. Be wary of frozen foods and take away. On packaged foods the numbers 621 are MSG!

No Gluten & Yeast: Or minimise consumption. They often appear together. The yeast  can create an overgrowth of yeast fungus in the body, which may exacerbate joint and muscle pain. Gluten can lead to gluten intolerance, leading to digestive problems.

No Nightshades Vegetables: Includre eggplant, tomato, chili, and capsicum. Can rigger flare-ups of fibromyalgia and other types of arthritis. Eat them if you don’t feel any reaction to them.

No caffeine: Avoid caffeine. While you may be tempted to use caffeine against fatigue it is the most significant pain trigger. It also trigger headaches, interferes with sleep, and causes further fatigue. Cutting this item out of the diet, can significantly reduce pain symptoms.
