  • 1 tablespoon of Ketone Energy MCT Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter (raw if possible)
  • 1 mug of freshly brewed Dr. Mercola’s Organic Fair Trade Coffee

Combine all ingredients and blend for 20 to 30 secs
