Thyroid Health

The thyroid gland is a butterfly-shaped gland found inside your neck, under your larynx or voice box. As one of the largest endocrine glands it greatly influences almost every cell in your body.  It regulates metabolism and your weight by controlling the fat-burning process and are responsible for the growth and development in children as well as  being required by nearly every physiological process in your body. When your thyroid levels are out of balance and you body is either secreting too much or too little, this spells trouble for your overall health and well being.
