Visit a Holistic Chiropractor who specializes in structural change, such as Advanced Biostructural Correction and make sure your pelvis is straight.

Take Practitioner Only Magnesium and Fish Oil

Get Orthotics if you have been told you need them

Stretch your hips.  There should not be any restriction on either side

Use a Foam Roller to Stretch over

Have regular Remedial Massage, especially in the psoas and iliacus

Practice Yoga

Have your Vitamin D tested and make sure it is adequate.
