Did you know that in the 1960’s the rate of Autism was 1: 10,000 and now it is 1:36! Babies are not born with Autism, the environment determines the expression of your genes. Autistic children have a genetic defect in their ability to make Vitamin D from sun exposure. As a result, they develop auto antibodies that attack their own brain and result in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Environmental factors determine the severity of this. Studies show the higher the measure of the patient’s Vitamin D, the lower the autoantibodies found and the better the ASD symptoms, as more than 2/3 of ASD children had Vitamin D deficiency.
