Research shows it may reduce your risk for a number of common diseases, including but not limited to arthritis and kidney disease. Most recently, its beneficial effects on obesity and type 2 diabetes have been highlighted.
We performed an experiment a few years ago with Estrosense (large amount of Broccoli Sprout) and found that it kept a menopausal woman in fat burning when she was trying to lose weight.
