Clean creates autoimmunity
Loss of Microbes drives Chronic Disease. With the fall of contagious diseases, such as Measles, Mumps, TB, Hepatitis A, we now have a rise in allergy and autoimmunity, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Asthmas, Crohn’s disease and Type 1 Diabetes. Reasons: urbanization antimicrobial soaps and sprays; loss of biodiversity of microbes in the skin, gut and airways; weak immunity; people with poor gut health having children and transferring the same microbes to their offspring; environmental inflammation, as a result of poor food choices and lifestyle.
Research showed a 6 fold increase in Type 1 diabetes in the Finish Karelia, as opposed to the bordering Russian Karelia, where the people have the same diet, same genes, same environmental chemicals, yet Finland has more urbanization than Russia and thus different microbes.
