Lymphatic Drainage Massage & Diet
Lymphatic drainage specifically targets stimulation of the circulation and lymph movement. As the focus is on an individual body system, rather than the whole body, results are immediate and apparent, lasting often up to a week. The Vodder style technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage is very light and slow. The reasons for this light pressure is because 70% of lymphatic fluid is found directly under the skin and as only 2 litres of lymph passes the subclavian vein per 24hrs it is a slow process.
Indications:
- Lack of energy and/or tired even after a good night’s sleep

Post Surgical Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage specifically targets stimulation of the circulation and lymph movement. As the focus is on an individual body system, rather than the whole body, results are immediate and apparent, lasting often up to a week.
Post Surgical Lymphatic Drainage is 90 minutes per visit and needs to be performed every day for 10 days post surgery. It is 90 minutes due to the full body protocol that must be performed to obtain the desired results. Doing Lymphatic Drainage in any less time, would be like your surgeon only doing half the surgery.
To ensure optimum functioning of your lymphatic system a wholesome diet including lots of fresh vegetables and fruit and lots of water is essential and following the supplement list and “Do and Don’t do list” provided at the initial visit.
