Easy Migraine Massage
Is the barometric pressure driving you to your bed with a migraine? Are you susceptible just prior to your period arriving? Here’s a simple massage to help.
Step 1:
Find a quiet area and sit or lie with a thin cushion or folded towel behind your head.
Step 2:
Have your partner gently push downward on your forehead using thumbs. Starting just above your eyebrows and gliding down to just below them, each time starting from a higher point on your forehead.
Step 3:
Moving to the sides of your forehead, your partner should massage around your eyes and on your temples in a circular motion for several minutes.
Step 4:
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the pain is alleviated.
