The gall bladder is a hollow inactive organ supplying bile to the digestive tract that is mainly used to emulsify fats and oils. When the liver is constantly stagnant or the bile is full of cholesterol, sediment often settles out of the bile and forms accumulations that resemble stones, sand or mud in the gall bladder. 

Gall Stones are formed by the following:

  • Fasting( due to low bile flow)
  • Overeating
  • CYP450 inhibitors
  • Low Dietary choline in take (eggs)
  • Protein Deficiency
  • Hypochlrohydria(low stomach acid)
  • Methylation dysfunction

You need a healthy gall bladder and bile containing the exact portions of Bile Salts, Phospholipids, Cholesterol and Conjugated Bilirubin to detoxify, reduce pyrroluria (Pyrroles), reduce Oxalate absorption (so your joints and arteries don’t get full of calcium deposits),  and have a healthy gut full of varied bacteria.  Without your gall bladder, you are at risk of chronic  disease and if the bile acid is not the exact recipe, the body steals bicarbonate and glutathione in order to correct it, which causes blood acidity (hypothyroid, diabetes, infertility, sleep apnoea, cramps, pain, anxiety, SIBO) and inability to get rid of your toxins.
