It now appears that severe restless leg syndrome is a risk factor for suicidal ideation and attempts. The risk correlates with history of depression. Restless Legs can be due to Iron or B12 deficiency or GABA or Dopamine imbalance, since all of these create a reduction in Serotonin and Melatonin also.

Ways to improve Restless Leg Syndrome:

  • Supplement with Iron, B12, B6 Fish oil and Alkalizing Magnesium
  • Eat 6 handfuls of vegetable a day
  • Drink 8 glasses of water a day
  • Have a teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in water before meals
