Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a naturally occurring endogenous fatty acid.

PEA has been extensively studied for its neuroprotective, anti-inlammatory and analgesic properties and presents a new, evidence-based analgesic option for supporting patients with chronic pain

In addition to endogenous synthesis, PEA can be obtained through the diet. Sources include soybeans, soy lecithin, tomato, corn, milk, egg yolks, and peanuts.

PEA is dosed at 600mg twice a day and has been used for treatment of:
